Disregard this Issue, I know exactly what is wrong, and there is nothing wrong. In a certain situation where an NPC is killing with a PC, there is no exp given. There were Pellyetes killing Goblins last night keeping them from the bags of clues.
In short, a possesed NPC got a groups help killing a mob.
