Sure there at a million definitions. There are also a million definitions of PvP. The fact that a server should be designed from the ground up for PvP is not really controversial. PvP’ers may have issues with Adventurine’s specific design choices for darkfall as being counterproductive, but they all agree that the server needs to be designed with PvP in mind. Roleplayers always just seem happy to take whatever bones they can find.

My main point is that the character domain knowledge and the player domain knowledge should be the same. This makes for deeper roleplay and eliminates a lot of things that make no sense IC, but make a lot of sense in Excel.
