Brind, you have anything in your override folder?

I’ve seen some mentions that certain things in the player’s override can cause lag (which can even persist on the server after the player leaves – I know, seems strange, but people say they have tested it).

Oh, and even after Brind was gone, I had a number of the Foothold NPCs no spawning. Maybe related to that.
