2010 Booze Tour

This year, Paul and I have planned out a day of Booze and Food.

Here’s the itinerary and associated links:

Rooster Fish Brewery – Microbrewery / Restaurant – We’ll drive all the way here first and do lunch then head north again along the East side of Seneca Lake

Finger Lakes Distilling – Distillery / Tasting Room – First stop north.

Hazlitt Winery‎ – Home to the infamous Red Cat Wine.

Wagner Vineyards – Winery/Microbrewery – Paul’s partial to the Tripplebock. They also have great Root Beer … I like it better then 3 Brother’s.

After these our intent is to hit the odd northern brewery depending on the polls.

These include:

Custom Brewcrafters, Honeoye Falls
Middle Ages Brewing, Syracuse
Flint Creek Brewing, Phelps
Rorbach Microbrewing, Rochester
The Scale House Brewing and Pub, Syracuse
Empire Brewing, Syracuse
The Syracuse Suds Factory, Syracuse

There are more of course.

A logical progression for this is to finish by going towards Rochester and hit Flint Creek, Custom Brewcrafters and then Rorbach. Then on a different day, roam Syracuse for all it’s selections.
