TO: Auger Bit Sydicate – complaints division/tools/prototypes/competition awarded pre-manufacture assessment trial prizes

With regard to the Precision Mining Pickaxe of yer own making that ye awarded t’ meself and me cousin Durok fer winning the mining section of that competition ye organised some way back I’m telling ye it no longer works as a MINING pickaxe at all and seems tae have gone back tae being a skull pooncturing spike-onna-stick which is all right fine and dandy fer orc heeds but of nae use tae dwarf nor beast fer the mining of metal ores as what it was gahranteed fer in t’ first place in all perpetooity as per the spiel pichted oot by yer glib-talkin’ representative at the competition site.

A replacement .. working .. Precision Mining Pickaxe would be greatly appreciated.

    To FRAMDUR Mining Company:

We are pleased to learn that our product has performed admirably in its service to you. A new prototype can be furnished for you, of course. The Syndicate eagerly anticipates the debriefing with you and your associate (scheduled date pending). The Precision Pickaxe model has experienced several improvements since your tools were disbursed, and we are eager to share the newest model with our testers.

A representative of the Syndicate will meet with you shortly to accommodate the exchange and debriefing.

Thank you kindly for your correspondence.

    Warmest Cordial Regards,
    The Auger Bit Syndicate
