How about a topic that doesn’t have deep moral issues or philosophical discussions. For World Book Day this year I bought Neil Gaiman’s short story, Odd and the Frost Giants. It made me think very much of MS. Its worth picking up and will take you a couple hours to read at the most, and should be very cheap wherever you can get it from, myself got it from amazon. Its a fun little read.

I haven’t read that one yet. Is it in a stand-alone book or a collection of short stories?

I’ve been reading Pratchett’s Discworld stories lately, they’re quite funny.

I have also been reading H.P. Lovecraft short stories, some are pretty good, others end too soon, all are as dense as adamantium.

Been reading lots of history stuff lately, about Napoleon, about the Spanish Empire, and the American Revolution.

Got the next couple books in the Fire and Ice series, though haven’t had much time to get going there.

I’m gonna have to check out this Odd and the Frost Giants though. Sounds fun!

    Read?
    Books?
No, I try and write them, then set it down and forget about it, cause I would have to read it to move forward with it.

Read a book called, “Moon Called” by Patricia Briggs. It’s a good quick read, another alternate reality with fae, werewolves, vapires, and other stuff. The focus is from a character who was raised by werewolves but is one of those in the “other” category. It’s a fast read and a good one.
