I imagine that there aren’t many of us who use a computer who don’t sport some nifty wallpaper on their desktop.
While rebooting my computer for a Microsoft update I was looking at my current one and thinking of it and all the previous ones I have had.
I thought I would take a moment and share them with you all. See I don’t just download something from the net and use that. I have to play with it. Make it different. Make it mine.
Of course, there is the decorum factor here at work. And topic.
Here’s the current one …
[img][650:500]https://markshire.com/playerimages/wallpapers/thrym1.jpg[/img]
As you can see it’s movie related. It’s a combo of movie posters.
Recent previous ones …
[img][650:500]https://markshire.com/playerimages/wallpapers/thrym2.jpg[/img]
[img][650:500]https://markshire.com/playerimages/wallpapers/thrym3.jpg[/img]
Again movie related. My home one isn’t at the moment movie related. It’s the Hulk. Though that movie IS coming out this summer the one I have at home is about World War Hulk, the limited series.
So my question to all of you …
What’s on your Wallpaper?
April 10, 2008 at 5:55 pm #56096My wallpaper?
Two words.
The progeny.
As it has been for the last two years.
Currently it’s a picture of him on his uncle’s Ducati. It was fun until I had to pull him off the damn thing. Still got the bruises from that one.
Next one will likely be a pic of him playing the small guitar he recently received from his Nana and Papa. Soon after getting it, he made up his first song:
“I need a fork, I need a fork,
Time for Lunch!”Current project is to teach him to give the devil horns. But it turns out that a two year old’s muscle control aint quite there yet.
ROCK ON!

It sometimes gets confusing when I think I’ve already started the game… 😆April 10, 2008 at 9:43 pm #56100WorK

April 11, 2008 at 1:25 am #56104mule–truth is I can’t afford one (*grins*) because I’m saving up for a new computer where performance won’t be an issue…Still, I do like the classic look–not cartoony XP default or Apple-wannabe vista.

April 12, 2008 at 5:09 am #56111Mine have been that like Cayle, scenery that I took. Mostly the Oregon coast, a few mountain shots and some nice forest trees. I gotta have a nice distant picture to gaze into for inspiration.
