Cool Boost! I can’t seem to log into the server with direct connect. Is the server up again? Or am I too early? Maybe I’m using the wrong IP address? Either way, I was hoping to hop on during the holiday time for some fun. Hopefully I’ll see you there Boost. 🙂

I love GOG! There’s some really good to get older games on there. Anyways… It’s been a while and I’d like to get my Markshire on! Number one, make it so! 😉

Still hoping that this will happen sometime soon? I know people’s schedules are different and summer time can get very busy… but… I’d really like to hop back on and play with you guys/girls again.

Well, IF I saved the skeleton’s .erf file, I’m not sure where it is. So, I’ll have to make the changes again. I’m hoping to do that this week sometime.

I believe I need to go into the Markshie basemod and edit the ones in there and then export them as .erf files, yes? Sorry, it’s been a while since I’ve done anything in NWN1’s editor.

Hate to say this, but the skeletons seem to have reverted back to their knuckle-less days. Let’s hope they’re still in the module and just need placing again?

    Hello all,

I was just wondering how often server resets are? Just asking because two of us have been on and would like to continue doing some quests again.

    Thanks T!

Heard the same things the Monty heard. Haven’t played it though. Look up the reviews on IGN.com. They’re usually a good judge about games. Or read some of the reviews there too.

Well, T knows a lot of the peoples e-mails, while I just can try to PM them from here. I might be able to get one of the British guys back here… maybe. He’s pretty absorbed in Guild Wars 2 though. We’ll see.

    And…

That’s GREAT News Boost! (About starting the game soon) 😀

Wow, that would be great to get MS back up and running again with a DM! If you need a test subject or whatever I’d be happy to help. Even though I’ve never DMed, I’ll try to help ya out like I did for Opi a lot. Mainly for testing quests and such. Anyways…

As far as time goes, Tuesdays or Thursdays would work best, and I’ll have to get back to you with a time though. Yeah, I’m pretty sure either time will be ok. Looking forward to playing some more in Markshire, as it has been a while.

Nec wonders what the Cap’n needs all of this money as soon as possible? Perhaps it’s for the new torture room… er… um… the new guest room that she’s been waiting for! Nec grins as she thinks of all the fun that she’ll be having soon… 😈

Hey Boost, I’d be interested in being part of an evil band o’ pirates!

Also… I think that there is a pirate area in Spinehold where they
dock at already? Not 100% sure though. Either way, it’s sounds
    interesting.

Wednesday nights are usually bad for me as that’s D&D time. It
changes from week to week, but mostly it’s on Wednesdays.

Anyways… please keep me in the loop. Maybe we can get Opi
back, eh? Guess we’ll have to see. Hopefully there would be a DM
on during the same night we’re playing, obviously, to mess with a
blood thirsty band of brothers, eh matey? 😈

    –Cor

PS: Think I’d be interested in an evil cleric type. Guess we’ll see though
    who wants what, eh?

LOL! Thanks for the information T. I thought it was refering to something in game (or someone) that I missed. Thanks for the dictionary definition of Aerie. 🙂

Nice to see more updates coming to the new area. Will be good I’m sure. Oh, and Kambion (Playing his chatacter Thar) was in game today and I logged in some time with him in the timeless desert. Man those frost giants are a pain in the arse! But no where near as tough as the titan spawn in the pass, ouch! Nice about being able to start in the new area too. Looking forward to explore more of it once it’s in game.

The questions to the three who showed for the event:

Did the Aerie give the impression of being an Aerie?

What did you think of the village?

What did you think of the eagles compared to your levels?

First off, let me say I’m sorry I had to bail at the end of the adventure as I missed the actual last 5 minutes, doh! I hope all went well in the last few minutes and that the capstone was indeed placed where it needed to be placed.

    1) What (or who) exactly is an Aerie? Probably some simple answer, but I didn’t see any referance to it/him/her in game any place.

    2) I think the village is really nice and peaceful. I’m gonna explore the map more today so I can get a better picture of what the new village looks like. I know Belferon would hope that there’s a baker someplace in the village making some delicious pies…

    3) The eagles are a good challenge and may be a bit too strong for 4th level characters on their own. This was more apparent when fighting the new tribe and the eagles at the same time. But… I think most people will simply use more potions/kits when dealing with those pesky eagles. So I guess it all works out well enough. What do the rest of you say?

By any chance, do we have a rough time table as to when the event will be starting? Just trying to plan my day out tomorrow and make sure I leave enough time for some good old Markshire stomping about. And possibly some time in the Red Dragon doing some drinking too! 🙂

I think I’m going to bring Brianna Corgano. She is a level 3 warrior and a level 1 rogue.
And yes, she is one of Belferon’s siblings. She, however, is far less chaotic in her decisons
and her actions and does not make (as many) rash decisions. She supports good deeds and
good in general, even if it goes against the the typical order of things. Brianna also hopes to
make a name for herself and not live in Bel’s shadow any longer.

Well, if you updated to the 1.69 version after you had the 4 Markshire haks installed, maybe try re-installing the 4 Markshire haks now? Hard to say if that will help or not as my game crashes sometimes, but I’m already in the game.

Don’t know anything about Vista though. Can you still run the short cut in compatibility mode for a different windows version? Maybe try that as well. Hope one of these things helps. Perhaps someone else knows of this Vista patch you’re talking about?

I too am hoping to be able to attend the event. Though I may have to make a new character since I’m not sure if I gave the character I wanted to bring any background description. (Having trouble remembering how to view it actually) 😳 Anyways, Ceorlas (One of the guys from the UK) may come as well.
